Total Number of Voting Rights
In conformity with Regulation 20 of the Transparency (Directive 2004/109/EC) Regulations 2007 of Ireland, as amended (the “Transparency Regulations”), Linde plc advises, as of 31 January 2019, that:
- Linde plc has in issue 551,401,002 ordinary shares, of nominal value of €0.001 each, carrying voting rights (the “Ordinary Shares”); and
- Linde plc holds 5,336,993 Ordinary Shares in treasury.
The total voting rights figure of 546,064,009 may be used by shareholders of Linde plc as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Linde plc under the Transparency Regulations and the Transparency Rules of the Central Bank of Ireland.
